Shipping policy

1. ORDER PREPARATION

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 2–4 business days of payment confirmation.

2. DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated transit times, counted from dispatch and excluding weekends and public holidays:

• Türkiye: 1–7 business days
• Europe: 5–14 business days
• Other international destinations: 5–10 business days

These are carrier estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates; customs clearance in the destination country may extend them.

3. TRACKING

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the Buyer by email once the parcel has been handed to the carrier.

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

For shipments outside Türkiye, any customs duties, import taxes or similar charges imposed by the destination country are payable by the Buyer. They are not included in the price shown and are not collected at checkout; they are charged by the carrier or the local authority at or before delivery. See also Distance Sales Agreement, Article 3.
